These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of Recipe Lane and related services provided by Bluestem Lane Co., LLC (“Bluestem Lane,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using Recipe Lane, you agree to these Terms.

1. Recipe Lane

Recipe Lane is a recipe organization application that allows users to save, organize, and manage recipes and related information.

Features may change, be added, or be removed as Recipe Lane continues to develop.

2. Your Account

Some features of Recipe Lane may require you to create an account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity that occurs through your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to use Recipe Lane only for lawful purposes.

3. Your Content

You may add, save, upload, or otherwise provide recipes, photographs, notes, links, and other content to Recipe Lane (“User Content”).

You retain ownership of your User Content.

You grant Bluestem Lane Co., LLC the limited rights necessary to store, process, display, and otherwise handle your User Content solely for the purpose of providing and operating Recipe Lane.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to save or upload content you provide to Recipe Lane.

4. Recipes and Third-Party Content

Recipe Lane may allow you to save recipes or information from third-party websites or other sources.

Third-party content remains subject to the rights and terms of its respective owner. Recipe Lane does not claim ownership of third-party recipes, photographs, websites, or other third-party materials.

Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience. Bluestem Lane Co., LLC is not responsible for the content, availability, privacy practices, or services of third-party websites.

5. Subscriptions and Purchases

Recipe Lane may offer free and paid features, including subscriptions or in-app purchases.

Purchases made through Apple's App Store are processed by Apple and are also subject to Apple's applicable payment and subscription terms.

If you purchase an automatically renewing subscription, your subscription will renew according to the terms presented at the time of purchase unless you cancel it through your Apple account settings.

Pricing and available subscription options may change from time to time as permitted by applicable law and App Store requirements.

6. Recipe and Nutrition Information

Recipe Lane is intended for recipe organization and general informational purposes.

Information displayed in Recipe Lane—including ingredient information, substitutions, nutrition information, cooking suggestions, or other generated or calculated information—may contain errors or may not be appropriate for every individual.

Recipe Lane is not a substitute for professional medical, nutritional, dietary, or allergy advice. Users with food allergies, medical conditions, or dietary restrictions should independently verify ingredients and information before preparing or consuming food.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse Recipe Lane, interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access to its systems, use the service for unlawful purposes, or use Recipe Lane in a manner that infringes the rights of others.

8. Intellectual Property

Recipe Lane, the Recipe Lane name and branding, Bluestem Lane branding, software, interface, original graphics, and other materials created by Bluestem Lane Co., LLC are owned by or licensed to Bluestem Lane Co., LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of our intellectual property to you.

9. Availability of the Service

We work to keep Recipe Lane available and functioning properly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary, including for maintenance, security, technical, legal, or business reasons.

10. Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by law, Recipe Lane is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Bluestem Lane Co., LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of Recipe Lane.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law.

12. Termination

You may stop using Recipe Lane at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary because of a violation of these Terms, unlawful activity, security concerns, or misuse of the service.

13. Privacy

Your use of Recipe Lane is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect information.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date and provide any additional notice required by applicable law.

Your continued use of Recipe Lane following an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
